Centurion Company AwardsOur guiding principle in all we do is very simple: Do unto others - guests, investors, employees, vendors—as would we hope others will do unto us. Adherence to our guiding principle demands a “hands on” focus which means we limit: 1) the number of hotels we develop in a year; 2) the number of hotels which we manage; and 3) the geographic area in which we operate. Our focused approach has made Centurion developed and managed hotels very successful as measured by financial performance and awards received.
Centurion Development GroupWhile Centurion is primarily an “in-house” company developing hotels under our sponsorship and managing for affiliates, we do accept limited third-party contracts as developer or owner’s representative for new hotel or restaurant development or advisor in acquisition of hotels, or operator of your hotel or restaurant. Our guiding principle is applied to all third-party work. We will continue to be committed to our guiding principle wherever the hospitality business takes us. If you would like to become a part of our family, please contact us.
Solutions, that you need!
The more revenues a hotel generates the greater its revenue per available room (RevPAR.) Since much of a hotel’s costs are fixed, a greater RevPAR leads to top financial performance for its owners.
The three hotels which Centurion both developed and presently manage have produced Returns on Investment ranging from 38% IRR to an exceptional 120% IRR (includes unrealized gain) – the latter a grand slam home run which will be hard to duplicate. Cash on cash returns for the latter hotel have averaged over 90% over the last two years
