Financial Performance

The more revenues a hotel generates the greater its revenue per available room (RevPAR.) Since much of a hotel’s costs are fixed, a greater RevPAR leads to top financial performance for its owners.

The three hotels which Centurion both developed and presently manage have produced Returns on Investment ranging from 38% IRR to an exceptional 120% IRR (includes unrealized gain) – the latter a grand slam home run which will be hard to duplicate. Cash on cash returns for the latter hotel have averaged over 90% over the last two years.
